назад I had a very successful collaboration with Prof. Alexey Romanenko on a project related to a 3D seismic data representation using wave packets. Wave-packet basis is used in seismic data processing for data compression, de-noising and regularization. Prof. Romanenko have implemented a parallel version of the wave-packet decomposition algorithm on GPUs using CUDA.
